Returns

If an item arrived to you is not as described (pictures and text) in our eshop or catalogue, you can send it back.

You can return the item only for exchange. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase. If you have any questions about our warranty, please, email us at info@ihodomi.com or call us at +30 2106752720. Don’t forget to include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt or invoice.

Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Mail. We do not suggest to return items by courier, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused. After our technical teams decides that the product should be exchanged, you will receive a refund for the shipping cost. Before proceeding with the item’s shipping, please contact us.

Please choose carefully. We don't give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You can apply for an exchange when goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.

Please always retain your receipt.
